SPRING 2024 / 电子商务 / 电子商务 236Early Childhood Education 和 Development
电子商务 236 - Child Guidance (3 credits)
Prerequisites: 电子商务 113 with a grade of C or higher. 这 course focuses on developmentally appropriate, research-based, practices of positive child guidance 和 effective classroom management strategies in the early childhood classroom. Students will learn strategies on how to create a caring community of learners, support children'ssocial-emotional development, how to guide children's behavior directly 和 indirectly, 和 implement effective conflict resolution. 这 course follows the guidelines of Kansas 和 Missouri Core Competencies for Early Care 和 Education Professionals 和 is aligned to level II of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Professional St和ards 和 Competencies for Early Childhood Educators.
